The Haverhill Rotary Club hold its annual Rubber Duck Regatta fundraiser Saturday, Sept 6, during River Ruckus. The sponsor of one of the 10,000 rubber ducks plunging into the Merrimack River wins $10,000 donated by Rockingham Toyota Honda of Salem, N.H. Second place winners win a weekend getaway
