The League of Women Voters of Greater Haverhill is having a fundraiser aboard the “Vote Boat,” Captain’s Lady III, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 13, leaving from Newburyport Harbor.
Embarkation begins at 4:45 p.m. from Newburyport Pier. There will be a cash Bar with hors d’oeuvres provided by Wang’s Table, music, gift raffle and a “Fifty-Fifty” raffle. Tickets are $40 per individual and $75 per couple. Proceeds provide student scholarships and civic education programs sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Greater Haverhill.
