Theresa Petrie of Andover has been named vice president of HomeCare, Inc., an affiliate agency of Home Health VNA and Merrimack Valley Hospice. Petrie joined the agency in 2006 as elder health program manager and has expanded that role to include the management of the Private Pay division and the
