Severe Weather Forces Event Cancellations

The Merrimack Valley in line for heavy rainfall Wednesday with wind and the possibility of localized flash flooding.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch until 8 p.m., tonight. A rainstorm moving north left several inches of rain in the Mid-Atlantic region. In weather-related announcements, Plaistow, New Hampshire's summer recreation activities for Wednesday will be held at Pollard School. Also, Plaistow's Summer Concert on the Green for Wednesday is cancelled due to the weather.
