The Merrimack Valley in line for heavy rainfall Wednesday with wind and the possibility of localized flash flooding.
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch until 8 p.m., tonight. A rainstorm moving north left several inches of rain in the Mid-Atlantic region.
