Two people, including a juvenile from Methuen, are charged by Haverhill Police with underage possession of liquor. Police report 19-year-old Alberto Stewart of Haverhill and a 16-year-old female from Methuen were arrested shortly after 8:30, Tuesday night at 63 South Main Street. An investigation is ongoing.
In other police news, an Amesbury man is arrested by Haverhill Police on a theft charge following an investigation. Police report 53-year-old Ronald J. O’Laughlin of Amesbury was arrested shortly before 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, at the Haverhill campus of Northern Essex Community College. He is charged with a single count of larceny from a person. No further details are available.
