15-Year-Old Faces Knife-Related Charges

Haverhill Police are investigating an overnight disturbance which resulted in the arrest of a juvenile charged with assault. Police report a 15-year-old female juvenile was taken into custody shortly after midnight this morning at residence on Laurier Street in Haverhill. She is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a knife. No further details are available.

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in district court on vandalism charges in connection with a reported disturbance Wednesday evening. Haverhill Police report 24-year-old Victor Falcon of Haverhill was arrested at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday at 23 Central Street. He is charged with malicious destruction of property and malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. An investigation is ongoing.

Police in Haverhill charged three people with drinking in public in connection with two separate incidents at or near GAR Park on Wednesday. Haverhill Police report a female  from Haverhill, whose age was not released, was arrested shortly before 10 p.m., Wednesday at 33 Winter Street on a single count of drinking in public.

n a separate incident shortly after 6 p.m., two people were arrested in GAR Park on similar charges. One of the pair, 40-year-old Jose DeFrancesco, listed as homeless, was also charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
