An Ipswich woman is facing drunk driving and other motor vehicle charges in Haverhill after an alleged hit and run crash on Tuesday. Haverhill Police report 57-year-old Brenda Dalelio of Ipswich was arrested at 11:30, Tuesday morning, on Water Street. She is charged with operating a motor vehicle
