Agnes M. (Grover) Littlefield, 65

Agnes M. (Grover) Littlefield, 65, of Haverhill, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 25, 2014 at her home.
Born in Haverhill, she was the daughter of the late, William D. and Agnes E. (David) Grover. Educated in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Haverhill High school, class of 1966. A talented chef, she earned her Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from McIntosh College.
A woman known for her selflessness, she was employed in the visiting nurse field as a Certified Nursing Assistant, caring for many people in the local area. She did her work as a private duty nurse and also worked in various facilities in Haverhill, including Kenoza Manor and would later cook at Haverhill Crossing and Chicken Connection. She possessed a deep spirituality and lived her life as such. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, nothing came before her family. She was a proud friend of Bill W. for the past twenty years, and she had an open door policy in her home and welcomed anyone in need. She enjoyed traveling and trips to Foxwoods, Colorado, and the Caribbean.

The widow of Richard C. Littlefield Sr., She leaves her son, Richard C. Littlefield Jr. and his wife, Hollie M. (Safran) with whom she lived, a daughter, Theresa J. Armstrong, of Denver, CO, five grandchildren, Cody, Richard, Jaiden, and Emily Littlefield, and Kailey Doheny, brothers, Robert Grover and his wife, Linda, of Indiana, Michael “Mickey” Grover and his wife, Cynthia, of Maine, Timothy Grover, of Chicago, and Steven Grover and his wife Colleen Sullivan, of Haverhill, a sister, Anna Jones and her husband, Ricky, of Haverhill, and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves a brother in law, Lloyd Beckett, of Haverhill, and sister in law, Dianna Grover, of Manchester, NH. She was predeceased by her siblings, William Grover, John Grover, Patricia Beckett, and Donald Grover.

Friends and family are respectfully invited to call on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St. (Rte 125) Haverhill. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Walnut Cemetery, Kenoza St. Haverhill.
