Local and state police joined forces late Tuesday night in Methuen to locate a mental health patient who apparently walked off the grounds of Holy Family Hospital.
A Methuen Police spokesman says Massachusetts State Police and Salem, N.H. Police helped in their search for a 24-year-old male patient wearing a hospital gown. The subject was tracked by several units, including an air wing, and was located a short time later before being transported by ambulance.
