Police Continue Drug Crackdown

Haverhill Police are cracking down on illegal drug activity as at least five people, including four from Haverhill, are arrested on charges stemming from separate investigations.

The arrests occurred between 6 p.m. and 10:15, p.m., Thursday in the vicinity of the Main Street boundary of the Acre section, and extending to I-495. Charges include possession of class A and class B substances.

One of the suspects, 31-year-old Matthew Flagg of Haverhill, is also charged with possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute. All five suspects are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
