Debra A. (Cyrus) Miselis, 60

Debra A. (Cyrus) Miselis, 60, died Saturday, July 12, 2014 in the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, Haverhill following a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Randall W. “Jay” Miselis.

Born in Cambridge on June 2, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Leo J. and Theresa F. (Marshall) Cyrus. She was a graduate of Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School class of 1972. She had resided in Tewksbury for many years before moving to Haverhill in 2001.

Debra loved to spend time with family and friends at Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport, Maine, where she had summered for many years. She was also a communicant of St. Michael’s Parish in North Andover.

In addition to her husband of thirty-nine years, she is survived by her daughter, Christie M. Wright and her husband, Christopher; her son, Randy Miselis and his wife, Kari; a brother, Matthew Cyrus and his wife, Becky and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her two brothers, Christopher and John Cyrus.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday in St. Michael’s Church, 196 Main St., North Andover at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday in the Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill from 5 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 Merrimack St., Lawrence, MA 01843.
