Traffic Stops Bring Arrests

Three Haverhill men were arrested Thursday on charges and outstanding warrants as the result of three separate traffic stops.

Haverhill Police report 31-year-old Michael Lawlor of Haverhill was taken into custody at 7:30 p.m., Thursday at the intersection of Winter and Lewis Streets. He is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and an inspection sticker violation. Charges under an outstanding warrant were not listed.

Earlier on Thursday, police arrested 26-year-old Scott Coburn of Haverhill on an outstanding warrant charging him with distribution of a class D substance and conspiracy to violate drug laws. He was taken into custody at 11:35 a.m., Thursday at 176 Ferry Road.

Shortly after 1 a.m., Thursday, police arrested 34-year-old Matthew Ryan of Haverhill on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The arrest happened at 59 South Pine Street.
