A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned at Haverhill District Court on charges related to an alleged hit and run crash over the weekend.
Haverhill Police report 55-year-old Jose Pizarro of Haverhill was arrested shortly before 4:30, Saturday afternoon and charged operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.
