North Andover – M. Elaine (Regan) Murphy, 78, of North Andover, formerly of Haverhill, passed away at her home after a lengthy illness. Born in Methuen, she was the daughter of the late, John A. and Katheryn B. (Smith) Regan. She attended Immaculate Conception Grammar School in Newburyport and wa
