A Haverhill man is arrested on multiple police charges, ranging from larceny, assault and obstruction of justice to reckless endangerment to children.
Haverhill Police report Sugheiry L. Ramos, 22, of Haverhill was taken into custody on eight outstanding warrants late Wednesday morning at 25 Oak Terrace after allegedly trying to elude investigators. In addition to the warrants, he was charged with two counts of disguise to obstruct justice, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment to children and disorderly conduct. An investigation is ongoing.
