Two people including a Lawrence man, are the latest to be charged by Haverhill Police with drinking in public at the GAR Park downtown.
Haverhill Police report 60-year-old Frank Pannoton of Haverhill, and 55-year-old Michael Mansfield of Lawrence were arrested shortly after 7 p.m., Monday. It was the second alleged public drinking incident at GAR Park in the past four days.
