A Haverhill man accused of using a stolen credit card is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court. Haverhill Police report 40-year-old John Hilliard of Haverhill was arrested at police headquarters at 7:45 Thursday evening following an investigation. He is charged with receiving a stolen credit card and credit card fraud under $250.
In a separate incicdent, two Haverhill men are facing police charges in connection with a reported disturbance Thursday night at a Vine Street home. Haverhill Police report Joshua Montgomery and Jonathan Felch, both 23 and of Haverhill, were arrested shortly after 8:30 p.m. Thursday. They are each charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. They are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
