Pentucket Bank announced today the promotion of Amy Barcelos to assistant vice president/business process manager. Barcelos has been with Pentucket Bank for three years, most recently assuming the role of training officer.
In her new role, Barcelos is responsible for retail systems and operations, with a focus on process improvement, including documenting and streamlining operational procedures. She has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry including various roles within the branch and in human resources. Barcelos resides in Hampstead, New Hampshire with her husband and three children.
