A Haverhill woman is facing multiple charges including drug possession, burglary and driving without a license.
Haverhill Police report 30-year-old Rachel E. Manemanus of Haverhill was arrested on three outstanding warrants early Wednesday morning at Merrimack Valley Hospital. Charges include possession of class A, class B and class E drugs; breaking and entering a building in the nighttime; larceny from a building; and destruction of property.

A reported disturbance Wednesday evening near downtown Haverhill leads to the arrest of a woman on a charge of indecent exposure. Haverhill Police report 28 year old Meaghan Donovan of Haverhill was taken into custody shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday at 105 White Street. She is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
