Haverhill is going green with February’s implementation of a plastic bag ban, and the city’s public library wants to keep the eco-conscious effort going at an urban gardening Q&A session on Feb. 23.
Led by Gretal Anspach, the seminar from 11 a.m.-noon will touch on topics including how to grow in small spaces. Advance registration is requested by calling the library at 978-373-1586 x608.
